1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Compoden", "we", "us", "our": Refers to The Engineer Store, operating the brand Compoden, with registered address in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
• "Customer", "you", "your": Refers to the individual or entity purchasing products or using our website
• "Website": Refers to compoden.in and all associated subdomains and mobile applications
• "Products": Electronics components, microcontrollers, sensors, development boards, tools, and related items sold through our website
• "Order": Your purchase request for Products submitted through our website
• "Account": Your registered user account on our website

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

5. Orders and Payment

4. A binding contract is formed upon dispatch

Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) with Rs. 50 handling fee

• Payment must be received before order dispatch (except COD)
• Failed or declined payments will result in order cancellation after 24 hours

Order Cancellation by You

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched
• Cancellation fee: 4% of order value
• Refund processed within 3-5 business days

Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable
• Pricing error or technical glitch
• Payment fraud suspected
• Unable to verify customer information
• Customer has history of excessive returns or policy abuse
• Order violates export control or legal restrictions

If we cancel your order, we will provide full refund including shipping charges (if paid).

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping timelines vary by product (1-2 days, 3-5 days, 7-10 days, 15-25 days as tagged)
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Cap on Direct Damages

Product Manufacturer IP

10. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
