What You Can Build With This
- Indoor weather station with OLED display
- Smart greenhouse humidity controller
- Mushroom grow tent climate monitor
- Server room environment data logger
Compatibility
Compatible with any 3.3V or 5V microcontroller that supports I2C, including Arduino Uno, Mega, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi Pico, and STM32. The module’s onboard regulator lets you power it directly from a 5V rail while maintaining 3.3V logic levels.
Wiring Notes
Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V, GND to ground, and SDA/SCL to your board’s I2C pins (A4/A5 on Arduino Uno, GPIO21/GPIO22 on ESP32). Add 4.7kΩ pull-up resistors on SDA and SCL if your board lacks them. Keep the sensor away from condensing humidity and direct heat sources.
Why Buy from Compoden
Every component is sourced from verified suppliers and tested for compatibility before listing. We've spent 10 years building projects for makers, schools, and institutions across India. Ships from Bengaluru in 3-5 days. If defective on arrival, replace within 7 days.
Is this compatible with Arduino?
Yes, it works with Arduino Uno, Nano, Mega, and others using the popular AHT10 library. Connect SDA to A4, SCL to A5, and include the library in your sketch.
Does it need calibration before use?
No, the AHT10 is factory-calibrated. It delivers compensated temperature and humidity readings directly over I2C without any user calibration.
Can I power the module directly from a 5V supply?
Yes, the onboard regulator accepts 5V and supplies 3.3V to the sensor. Just connect VCC to 5V and GND to ground.
