HT16K33 16x8 LED Matrix Driver Breakout (I2C)

An HT16K33-based LED matrix controller that drives up to 16x8 (128) LEDs and also scans a 13x3 key matrix, all over a two-wire I2C bus. It offloads multiplexing and brightness control from the host microcontroller.
