Nokia 5110 Graphic LCD Display Module 84x48 (PCD8544)

A monochrome 84x48 pixel graphic LCD based on the PCD8544 controller, the same module used in the Nokia 5110/3310 phones. It drives over a simple SPI serial bus and can show both graphics and text.
