The parts, and how they differ from the lab hardware
The labs are written for the XIAO ESP32S3. These are equivalent ESP32-S3 parts: an ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1 with 16MB flash and 8MB PSRAM and an INMP441 microphone. The XIAO's microphone is PDM; the INMP441 is I2S, which is why Soldr adapts the code.
