Baby Room Monitor Kit - Arduino Nano NRF24L01 Wireless Temp Humidity
5-Node Wireless Temperature & Humidity Hub with Arduino Nano + NRF24L01
Every part needed, pre-tested for compatibility, with an AI build companion trained on this exact project. Shipped from Bengaluru in 3-5 days.
Monitor your baby's room temperature and humidity across five zones using wireless sensor nodes and a central TFT display. This kit lets you build a compact, reliable comfort monitor that alerts you to changes in your infant's environment without disturbing their sleep. Perfect for parents, childcare centers, or students exploring wireless embedded systems.
What You'll Build
Assemble and program a mesh of five battery-powered sensor nodes that wirelessly transmit real-time temperature and humidity data to an Arduino Nano hub. The hub displays all five readings on a 1.8-inch TFT screen, so you can glance at the nursery conditions from a single point. The entire system runs on 9V batteries and uses NRF24L01 transceivers for a range of up to 100 meters open air, enough for a home.
What You'll Learn
- Soldering through-hole components and building reliable solder joints on prototype PCB boards
- Configuring NRF24L01 modules for multi-node wireless communication
- Interfacing DHT22 sensors with Arduino and reading temperature/humidity
- Driving an ST7735 TFT display to show live sensor data from multiple nodes simultaneously

Why Buy This Kit Instead of Sourcing Parts Separately
| Factor | Sourcing Separately | Compoden Kit |
|---|---|---|
| Compatibility checks | You verify every part (NRF24L01 often need decoupling capacitors not included in separate buys) | Pre-tested with necessary decoupling caps and a proven wiring plan |
| Build support | Forums and scattered tutorials | AI companion trained on this exact project, from soldering to code |
| Time to first working build | Days of debugging RF noise and display glitches | Hours, with step-by-step guidance covering capacitor placement for stable RF |
| Shipping coordination | Multiple sellers, multiple delays (sensors from Delhi, modules from Mumbai) | One shipment from Bengaluru in 3-5 days |
Who This Kit Is For
This intermediate kit is designed for students aged 15-18 tackling CBSE Class 11-12 physics or computer science projects, as well as engineering undergraduates (ECE/EEE) working on embedded wireless internals. It fits Smart India Hackathon or ATL Tinkering Lab prototyping when a real-world health monitoring solution is needed. Parents with a maker mindset will also find it a practical way to build peace of mind for their infant's nursery.
Built and Backed by Compoden
Every Compoden kit ships with an AI build companion trained on this exact project - accessible via a QR code on the box, with WhatsApp and email backup. We've spent 10 years building projects for makers, schools, and institutions across India. If a part fails because of a manufacturing defect, replace it free within 7 days.
What if I get stuck during the build?
The AI companion (QR code) walks you through soldering, wiring, and code upload step by step. You can also ping us on WhatsApp for quick help.
Do I need a separate power supply for each node?
Each sensor node runs on its own 9V battery (snap included) - no external adapter required. The hub also uses a 9V battery.
How far can these wireless nodes reach?
The NRF24L01 modules provide up to 100 meters in open air. Indoors, expect reliable communication across a typical 3BHK house with walls.
Can I add more sensors later?
The kit is designed for 5 nodes out of the box, but the Arduino hub code can be modified to support up to 6 NRF24L01 pipes. Extra DHT22 sensors and NRF modules would be needed.
Infant Care - Central hub Arduino receives from five sensor nodes. Each node has different sensor. Hub shows all on TFT.
