Can I submerge the enclosure in the brew?

No, the enclosure is splash‑proof, not submersible. The waterproof probes go into the liquid; keep the enclosure above the fill line, with glands sealing the cable entries.

How accurate is the wave height estimate?

The MPU6050 provides an indirect estimate based on acceleration—not a true height. It’s useful for tracking relative fermentation vigour, not absolute millimetres.

Do I need my own brew kettle or fermenter?
