Use this to power a group of servos or a mid-power motor rig from a higher-voltage pack, where a 5A module would be the bottleneck. Commonly used for multi-actuator robots, high-current bench rails and servo groups. Not suitable at its full 12A without forced airflow — the honest continuous figure is about 8A with a fan fitted, and the 300W label assumes both a high output voltage and cooling. Key specs: 6-40V in, 1.2-36V adjustable out, 12A peak / ~8A continuous with a fan. Alternative: the XL4015 5A module for lighter loads, or the 300W 20A module if 8A continuous is not enough.
