Use this to protect and balance a three-cell lithium pack — the size that covers most 12V robot and portable builds. Commonly used on 3S4P 18650 packs, 12V rover rigs and 11.1V LiPo assemblies. Not suitable above 25A continuous; check the board you receive states 25A working current and not 20A, as several boards on the market are labelled 25A and rated 20A internally. Key specs: 3 cells, 11.1V nominal / 12.6V full, 25A continuous, balanced. Alternative: the 20A 3S board is cheaper if your peak draw is well under 20A — size the BMS to the peak, not the average.
