Use this to pull a fixed 9V from any USB-C PD charger, with no configuration to do — solder it in and the charger delivers 9V. Commonly used for Arduino Vin, effects pedals and single-voltage portable builds. Not suitable if your charger does not advertise a 9V PD profile, in which case it will fall back to 5V or nothing — and it negotiates rather than converts, so it cannot invent 9V from a 5V-only source. Key specs: USB-C in, 9V fixed out, up to 3A source-dependent. Alternative: the configurable trigger if you need to change voltage later.
