This kit lets you deploy three autonomous robots to scan and map a warehouse. Each Raspberry Pi Zero 2W robot uses ultrasonic sensors to detect bin levels, and the central Pi 5 merges their partial maps into a complete 3D inventory model-coverage up to 3x faster than single-robot SLAM.

What You'll Build

You'll assemble and program a fleet of three mobile robots, each carrying HC-SR04 sensors to measure distances to storage bins. The robots navigate autonomously using DC motors and motor drivers, while the RPLidar A1 on the aggregator handles high-precision localization. The Pi 5 runs a map merging algorithm, combining individual robot maps into a single coherent inventory map.
