Compatibility
All modules operate at 5V logic and connect directly to Arduino Uno, Mega, Nano, or similar 5V boards. For 3.3V platforms like Raspberry Pi, use a level shifter on the signal lines to avoid damage. The DHT11 requires a 10k pull-up resistor on its data line, which is not included. Most modules draw under 20mA each, keeping total current well within USB power limits.
Wiring Notes
Each sensor has VCC (5V), GND, and one or more signal pins. Connect VCC to the 5V rail on your board, GND to common ground, and signal to a digital or analog input. For the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, trigger and echo pins go to separate digital I/O. PIR output is 3.3V but safely read by 5V Arduino pins. IR obstacle and sound sensors output digital HIGH/LOW; LDR and MQ2 give analog voltages.

Is this compatible with Arduino Uno?
Yes, all sensors run at 5V and can be directly wired to the Uno’s GPIO pins without extra components, except the DHT11 which needs a 10k pull-up resistor on its data line.
Do the sensors come with connecting wires?
No, this kit includes only the 9 sensor modules. You will need separate male-to-female jumper wires to interface them with a breadboard or microcontroller.
Can I use this kit with Raspberry Pi?
Yes, but you must use a 5V to 3.3V logic level converter for any digital sensor signals. The Pi’s GPIO pins are not 5V-tolerant and can be damaged if connected directly.
