Analog TDS Water Quality Meter V1.0 Sensor for Arduino

The Analog TDS Water Quality Meter V1.0 is a sensor module designed to measure the total dissolved solids (TDS) in water. It outputs an analog voltage proportional to the TDS value, making it easy to interface with Arduino and other microcontrollers. Commonly used in hydroponics, aquariums, and water purification systems.

What You Can Build With This

Compatibility

This sensor works with any board that has an analog input, including Arduino Uno, Mega, Nano, and ESP32. It outputs 0–2.3V, compatible with 3.3V and 5V logic. For Raspberry Pi, an ADC is required.

Wiring Notes

Connect VCC to 5V, GND to GND, and the signal wire to an analog pin (e.g., A0). No pull-up resistor is needed. Keep the probe dry between uses for accuracy.

Why Buy from Compoden

Every component is sourced from verified suppliers and tested for compatibility before listing. We've spent 10 years building projects for makers, schools, and institutions across India. Ships from Bengaluru in 3-5 days. If defective on arrival, replace within 7 days.

Is this compatible with Arduino Uno?

Yes, simply connect the sensor output to any analog pin on the Uno and read the voltage to calculate TDS.

Does it require calibration?

Out of the box, it provides a linear output, but calibration with a known TDS solution is recommended for precise readings.

How long does the probe last?

The graphite probe heads have a typical lifespan of 1-2 years under normal use, depending on water hardness.
